Yes, you can avail a software license even if you are distant from our branches. We can assist you through remote access using AnyDesk or TeamViewer to facilitate the software installation. We will provide you with instructions on what steps to take.
Upon your purchase, we will create a Facebook Group chat involving our team and yours. Feel free to send your inquiries or concerns anytime. Our support is available whenever our technical team is online in the Group chat.
Our products and services come with a one-year warranty. For software products, we typically provide free one-year technical support and complimentary minor customizations. After the initial year, you will have the option to renew the retainer and maintenance support for an additional one year.
